I am familiar with Rules and how to get an Alert for a lot of things but not one that says "your Mail Is Stuck" :). But during this time, I realized that the Desktop Alerts would be useful for many other things as well if I had more control over them. My real issue here is more "overall" than just this one problem as I will eventually resolve it. I asked others around the office and all have had it happen though most just never complain.
At this point, it seems to only affect the people who would complain the most about it but it is more common than I thought at first.
